10 Underrated Drake Songs
Most of you are probably familiar with October’s Very Own superstar and hip-hop icon Drake — and his songs — but do you know the tracks that aren’t his huge radio hits? If not, you came to the right place.

10. “Feel No Ways”
It seems that everyone can picture where they were back in 2016 when Drake’s album Views dropped. “Feel No Ways” is one of the songs on that album that is overlooked. It’s has a retro, laid back vibe and is almost impossible not to sing along to.
9. “Preach” (feat. PARTYNEXTDOOR)
Coming off Drake’s surprise 2015 album If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late, this track is one of the best sleeper songs on the album. His collaborations with PARTYNEXTDOOR always provide a wavy song to listen to and “Preach” is no exception.
8. “9AM In Dallas“
Originally intended as the intro to Thank Me Later, this song was featured in the UK version of the album as a bonus track. Drake questions his future and what his life is going to be, but then comes to the conclusion that no one can touch him and he’s the greatest rapper alive.
7. “5AM In Toronto”
During Drake’s “Worst Behavior” phase, he is seen in the music video walking around with a blunt in one hand and a styrofoam cup in the other. It’s a boastful Drake and he’s ruthless in discussing the Chris Brown and Rihanna relationship.
6. “Paris Morton Music”
As a tribute to Rick Ross’s “Aston Martin Music,” Drake made his own edition to the classic yacht-rap album. It served as a precursor to his “Pound Cake/Paris Morton Music 2” off Nothing Was The Same. An unreleased song that has gained a lot of traction for the artist but still remains one of his most unknown.
5. “Sweeterman”
This song is a classic OVO mix of R&B, flowing through a beat infused with sweet melodies. Drake took over this song and wanted to make it his own after the Toronto artist, Ramriddlz, put it out.
4. “Club Paradise”
Shortly before the release of Drake’s album Take Care, he posted “Club Paradise” to his OVO website. Produced by 40, a close friend and producer of Drake’s, he raps over a dreamlike song talking about how he feels alienated from his friends and family. Take Care was his shot to stardom and Club Paradise was a throwaway track that he couldn’t let go unheard.
3. “Jodeci Freestyle” (feat. J. Cole)
In Drake and J. Cole’s second collaboration, the leaders of the new school exchange bars as they glide over the beat. It isn’t hard to imagine that a song with two living legends is going to be anything other than amazing.
2. “4PM In Calabasas”
This is one of the most inspired and hot songs in Drake’s career. He takes stabs at Meek Mill, Joe Budden and Puff Daddy. It’s a continuation of the AM/PM series and is arguably one of the best he’s ever made.

We all know one of the most popular songs and collaborations of 2018, “Sicko Mode,” which featured Drake on Travis Scott’s album Astroworld. “Company” song was made when Scott was still an up-and-coming rapper, and the chemistry has been strong since the beginning. This song contains elements of both of the artists’ best features, from Scott’s heavy bass to Drake’s lyrical savvy.
