Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson Call Off Engagement, Official Spilt This Weekend

Things are officially over for Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson.

TMZ was the first report on Sunday, that the couple decided to end their engagement over the weekend. From the beginning, their romance was a whirlwind of events this summer. According to People a source close to Grande stated “It was way too much too soon,” “It’s not shocking to anyone.”

Throughout their relationship, which surfaced in May,  Grande and Davidson moved in together to a $16 million New York City apartment that she bought. Many fans speculated that their relationship was moving too fast and with the death of Mac Miller, this split was inevitable.

Ariana Grande has been emotionally scarred numerous times over the last year,  with Mac Miller’s death coming more than a year after 22 people were killed in a suicide bombing at the singer’s concert in Manchester.

Davidson has currently deleted his social media platforms, however, he has continued to appear on SNL, even mentioning his former fiancee during these sketches.
