Channel Tres Attends Elton’s Farewell Tour

Sir Elton John is touring one last time before his retirement, and the shows are being made more special as artists are showing the love by attending his Farewell Tour. Up and coming singer/songwriter Channel Tres, for example, met with Elton during one tour stop.

It’s endearing to see Elton’s appreciation for Tres attending his concert, as he claims to be quite humbled to see artists, old and new, attend his show.

While they perform different types of music, it’s inspirational to see how artists support each other. The fact of the matter is that these artists show the world that music is still music, no matter how different and diverse it is.

Tres just showing up to the Farewell Tour demonstrates how inspirational Elton is, and how many fans he has gained throughout the years, musicians or not.

I’m excited but saddened for Elton’s final appearances, but am willing to see where his legacy will go — with Tres or whoever else — in the music world.
