Chris Brown is in Trouble Again

Grammy award-winning singer Chris Brown is yet again tangled up in controversy. Earlier this month, Brown was released from French custody after being arrested due to a rape complaint from a 24-year-old model using the pseudonym Karima.

She came to French police after a night of partying with Brown, first at Le Crystal club until five in the morning, and then later at a hotel room in Paris with two friends of Brown, who were also arrested.

Allegedly, once she was in the room, she continued to drink and noticed drugs around the room. She went to use the bathroom when Brown followed her, grabbed her arm and took her into a closet where he allegedly assaulted and raped her for a duration of 30 minutes.

She then alleged that she was raped by one of Brown’s friends and bodyguards as well, leaving the room crying. Brown and two others were detained in Paris by French police on aggravated rape and drug charges. All three of them have since been released and no formal charges have been filed.

On Instagram Brown posted  “I want to make it perfectly clear, this is false, this bitch lyin’.” In the caption of the Instagram, he wrote, “I WANNA MAKE IT PERFECTLY CLEAR…… THIS IS FALSE AND A WHOLE LOT OF CAP! (sic) NNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEEVVVVVVVVVVEEEEEERRRRRR!!!!!! FOR MY DAUGHTER AND MY FAMILY THIS IS SO DISPRESPECTFUL AND IS AGAINST MY CHARACTER AND MORALS!!!!!”
