If you only go to one festival in 2019, it should be… Coachella

We are in the middle of February, and already 2019 does not look like a very promising year for music festivals. Lollapalooza and The Governor’s Ball did not cut it for me, frankly, none of the festivals tickled my fancy. If I had to go to one, I would choose Coachella only because this line-up is packed with artists I would think are worth paying that much to see out of all of the other festivals this year. If they had SZA on the line-up again like last year I would be all over this.

Aside from the fact that you have to give up your firstborn and will probably still end up with payment plans, I’m really not interested in Coachella itself because of the hype that follows it. However, this year’s line-up looks way better than the previous year’s did. Childish Gambino, DJ Snake, Diplo, Anderson .Paak, Ella Mai, Los Tucanes de Tijuana, Kid Cudi, J Balvin, Wiz Khalifa, SiR, Soulection, Ariana Grande, Bad Bunny, H.E.R., and Kaytranada are just a few artists spread out throughout the two weekends stretching from April 12 to the weekend after, April 19.

In addition to the line-up, the weekends will be filled with adventurous camping on festival grounds, eye-catching art installations and exquisite food vendors. Wipe the dust off of the old beer bong and get your portable chargers juiced up for an Instagram worthy weekend.
