Disney Announces Casting For Live-Action Version of Kim Possible

Your favorite animated cheerleader-turned-supergirl is getting a new look. Here’s the sitch:

On Wednesday, January 7, Disney announced that they are casting for a live-action version of the television series Kim Possible. The series follows Kim, voiced originally by Christy Carlson Renaldo, and her adventures as a high school student by day, and a crime-fighting hero by night. During its five year run, the show was nominated for eight Emmy awards, and even took home the Emmy for Outstanding Sound Mixing – Live Action and Animation.

It’s hard to say what we can expect for the new rendition, but Disney is looking for feedback from fans on who their perfect cast would be.

No further information has been given about the release date or when the official cast will be announced.
