Minneapolis Ice Cream Shop Renames Flavors After Influential Women

An upscale ice cream shop in Minneapolis called Milkjam Creamery is doing something special for women’s history month to honor the inspiring women of the past and present. They have renamed all of their ice cream flavors after influential women.

This isn’t the first time they’ve done this for women’s history month, as last year they did as well, but they have a new batch of famous women they’re naming their flavors after this year, and each one works perfectly. The ice cream shop even changed the names of the flavors on their menu online, showing their dedication to this fantastic tribute to women everywhere.

Some of the notable flavor names are a raspberry sherbet with chocolate chips named “Selena Quintanilla,” a cereal inspired flavor named “Chloe Kim,” a Mexican coffee with churro flavor named “Zendaya,” and a toasted coconut named “Adele.” The company truly celebrates a diverse group of women from all different backgrounds and cultures.

When they aren’t celebrating women’s history month in the best way possible, Milkjam Creamery has a fun and delicious menu for people of all ages. This includes “adult” ice cream floats and shakes with alcohol in them, “jam bun” ice cream sandwiches made with two glazed donuts, and ice cream pie.

Check out some of the other inspiring female named flavors below.
